Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
Items must be returned within 30 days after you receive them.
All items must be returned based on the following conditions:
The item must be unused;
The item must be in its original packaging;
The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
If you are not completely satisfied with the product (not due to product problems), you may return it within 30 days of purchase (counting from receipt of the product). The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, 15% of the order shipping cost will be deducted, and the customer must cover the return shipping cost.
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be intercepted or returned in transit. If you no longer wish to keep the product or have placed the order by mistake, you may only initiate the return after receiving the package. The item must be returned in its original, unused condition, and return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Return Process
Initiate a return: Please email us at hi@mavocoffee.com with photos and/or videos of the items, your order number, and the reason for return. Our customer service staff will determine the eligibility for your return request within 4 business days.
Ship the item back: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted. We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking information and requires a signature, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Be sure to return the items via an insured and traceable method such as UPS or FedEx. Please pack returns in the original outer box or another sturdy shipping box with appropriate packing materials to ensure the product arrives at our warehouse in good condition.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Please Note: we do not refund our original shipping cost.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

Other
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If, due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Private returns without consultation will not be accepted.
