Shipping policy
SHIPPING HUBS & HANDLING
- All orders will be processed and shipped directly from our distribution center in China. Please note, these orders may incur customs & duty fees, which the customer is required to pay in order to receive their order.
- Order handling time is 1–5 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 10:00 AM China Time may require +1 business day to process. For example, orders placed after 10:00 AM on a Friday may not be processed and shipped until the following Monday.
- China public holidays: orders will not ship and will be dispatched on the next working day.
CANCELLATIONS
- If you change your mind right after your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
- Once the order is shipped, it cannot be intercepted or returned in transit. If you no longer wish to keep the product or have placed the order by mistake, you may only initiate the return after receiving the package. The item must be returned in its original, unused condition, and return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
- We cannot change the delivery address once an order is in transit. If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at hi@mavocoffee.com.
- If we can’t change the address for you, we’ll request the courier to amend it before delivery. A fee may be applied after a successful amendment.
VAT & DUTIES
- Please note that some countries impose duties or VAT on shipments from China. You are responsible for any additional taxes imposed by your government on shipped packages.
- MAVO will do its best to provide the best international shipping experience, but most of the process is out of our control and handled by your country’s official postal system. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Parcel Delivery
- A correct and complete delivery address is essential. Currently, we only ship orders to the continental United States if you order from the USA (The states of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, and the Virgin Islands are excluded due to the inability of our shipping couriers).
- The free-postage policy does not include the use of UPS / DHL / FedEx and other commercial couriers. If customers specify these couriers, please contact customer service to re-calculate the logistics costs; these costs are borne by the customer.
- Due to the remoteness of routes in some countries and stricter tariff policies, free shipping may not be available and a portion of postage will be charged. Specific countries and costs will be shown at checkout.
- For international delivery we work with YunExpress and Yanwen Express, covering most developed countries. After customs clearance in the destination country, the parcel will be handed to a local courier who will be responsible for final delivery.
- Since local carriers in some countries do not provide door-to-door service, recipients may need to pick up the package at a delivery point.
- Due to pandemics, weather, or holidays, international shipping may be delayed.
Tracking
- After shipment, a tracking link is automatically sent to the email address you used on our website. If you don’t receive it, please check your spam folder or email our after-sales team.
